These terms apply to quotes and orders placed with Hoodies & Tees for custom apparel and related products.
Quotes are based on the information you provide (product, quantity, colours, print method and artwork) and are valid for 14 days. An order is confirmed once you approve your quote and proof and pay the deposit.
Our minimum order is 10 units per design.
A 50% deposit is required before production begins. The balance is due on or before delivery/collection. We do not order blanks or begin printing until the deposit is received and the proof is approved.
We send a free digital proof for every order. By approving the proof you confirm the design, spelling, colours, sizes and placement are correct. We print from the approved proof, so please check it carefully.
Standard turnaround is 7–12 working days after proof approval and deposit. Timelines are estimates and may vary with order size, stock and courier times. Rush options may be available on request.
You confirm you own or have permission to use any logo, design or text supplied. You remain responsible for your designs. Hoodies & Tees is not liable for any third-party rights claims arising from artwork you supply.
We currently deliver within Cape Town. Orders outside Cape Town are by arrangement — please enquire.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
