Returns & Refunds

Because every order is custom-made to your specification, custom apparel generally cannot be returned or refunded once produced — please check your proof carefully before approving.

If something is wrong

We stand behind our work. If your order arrives faulty, materially different from your approved proof, or with a defect caused by us, we'll make it right — by reprinting the affected items or, where appropriate, refunding them.

Reporting an issue

Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us within 5 working days with photos and your order details so we can assess it quickly.

What's not covered

• Errors approved on the proof (spelling, colours, sizes, placement).
• Artwork quality issues from low-resolution files you supplied.
• Normal variation in garment colour/fit between brands, and expected wash-and-wear over time.
• Change of mind on a correctly produced custom order.

Deposits

Deposits cover blanks and production setup and are non-refundable once production has begun.
